Consultation
During our complimentary ring consultation, we'll spend 30 minutes to an hour discussing your design preferences and budget. We will guide you through every step of the way from gem or diamond type, size and cuts to band design. Whether we meet virtually or in-person, our primary focus is to assist you in creating a meaningful symbol of your commitment that perfectly aligns with your vision and financial considerations.

Design
Within one week following your initial consultation, we'll present you with 3-5 design options to suit your style and budget. Together, we'll collaborate to refine every detail until we've captured the essence of your ideal ring. Following this, you'll receive a final quote, ensuring clarity and efficient communication at every stage of the process.

Creation
Once we've finalized your desired design, and upon receipt of a 50% refundable deposit, our in-house jeweler will commence crafting your dream ring. With our unwavering commitment to excellence, your custom design will be completed within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on design, ensuring both quality and timeliness.

Delivery
In the final step, we'll provide you with final photos of your ring for your approval before collecting the remaining payment. Rest assured, your ring will be shipped with comprehensive insurance coverage, and shipping costs are included. Additionally, you'll receive tracking numbers to monitor your package's journey, ensuring a seamless and secure delivery process.
